Students are receiving academic support expected from the school.Leadership would benefit by focusing on long-range responsibilities, key stakeholders to help implement necessary changes, and develop a time frame for full implementation.
Teachers desire to be further trained and teachers are encouraged to ask for development that fits their needs.Increase information, documentation, and specific directives for professional development, data, and priorities in order to increase the focus on future accountability and directives from leadership
Two-way communication is present and families have access to district, school, and student information.  Parent and community engagement continues to be a focus and leadership is planning and implementing opportunities to implement changes in relationships between the school, community, and key stakeholders.

Administrative leadership and the school board could benefit to look for areas to define alignments in regard to mission and vision.  While processes are constantly being evaluated, a cohesive and intentional agenda for the future will reinforce the commitment to student success.
